Two images on one plate. The first (top) depicts the distillation of herbs, and the second (bottom) shows the activities taking place in a herb garden. Both illustrations are from the title page of Rösslin, Eucharius (-1547): Kreuterbuch, von natürlichem Nutz, und gründtlichem Gebrauch der Kreutter, Bäum, Gesteud, unnd Früchten, fürnemlich Teutscher Lande. Deszgleichen der Gethier, edlen Gesteyn, Metal, und anderer Simplicien und Stucken der Artznei. Mit aller deren fleissiger Beschreibung, und leblichen Abconterfeytungen.
