Notes

The final section ("An answere ... ") is another impression of p. 143 [i.e. 142]-159 of the author's A detection of that sinnful shamful lying, and ridiculous discours, of Samuel Harshnet, 1600. The latter's pagination and running title are preserved but with a different text on the recto page "142" and a list of errata added to p. 159 (in place of the opening of "The fourth booke"). The errata relate to the whole of A true narration
This is apparently the Darrel book ordered burned 29 Oct. 1600 (see STC)
