Francis Galton's manuscript notes concerning: the strength of the heredity tendency for twins in large families; data recording by midwifery institutions; and the relative importance of nature and nurture to human development. Also included are notes taken from the literature on heredity and twins; rough minutes of the Anthropometric Committee of the British Association Meeting at Bristol, April 1875; and notes on the families who contributed information for case studies.
