Cases include sudden deaths from a variety of natural causes, accidents (including medical accidents, especially anaesthesia-related), suicide, and criminal abortion, also suspicious deaths of infants, as well as cases of murder and manslaughter. Among the cases of particular interest: 16/15 presence of nutshell in air passages; 16/16 injection of colloid gold for chronic rheumatism; 16/45 aspirin poisoning; 16/48 acute cocaine poisoning; 16/59 vomited meat blocking larynx; 16/80 burns - suicide; 16/136 barbiturate poisoning (Luminal); 1 16/216 aspirin poisoning; 16/230 Simmonds Disease; 16/236 botulism; 16/240 botulism 3 cases; 16/266 botulism; 16/272 ?teak wood poisoning; 16/279 death in public bath at end of race; 16/306 strychnine poisoning; 16/314 silicosis
