Letters from Sir Simpson regarding Galton's request to have horses photographed, measured and described during the competition for the Queen's Premium at the Royal Commission on Horse Breeding show at the Royal Agricultural Hall. Simpson informs Galton that he will require permission from the Royal Commission on Horse Breeding, and from the owners.
