This is an anonymous student's notes of lectures, mainly written by the same hand as that of MS. No. 2499 except for pp. 655-716, 841-919, which are by different but contemporary hands. Pp. 1-438 deal mainly with fevers, and are followed by remarks on inflammatory diseases, etc. Produced in Paris.

1 volume 912 pp. + 6 ll. 4to. 21 × 161/2 cm. Original vellum binding with calf-gilt spine, uniform with the binding of MS. No. 2499, and lettered 'Tome II'.
