"Dr Claus Newman's Notes"

Scanned versions of 34 Thalidomide Trust beneficiary files numbered between 465 and 528. Each file has been scanned as a single PDF and contains clinical assessments, photos and diagrams, beneficiary questionnaires, medical notes, correspondence and settlement documents. The original documents date primarily from the 1960s to the 1980s. The date given is based on the last modified dates of the digital files. They were burnt onto three discs in December 2013, January 2014 and February 2014.
