Testimonials and other material relating to Octavius William Hoffman (fl. 1854-1899), who was a Poor Law Medical Officer first in Suffolk and then in Herefordshire, and the founder of a West Midlands medical family which also included John F. Hall-Edwards (1858-1926), the pioneer of radiology.
