    About this work

    Description

    Scans of a variety of hospital records and correspondence relating to David Beales. They include drug screening analysis reports, reports from the Industrial Therapy Department, transfer paperwork, leave of absence cards, prescription details, clinician assessment notes, and letters sent to and from clinicians concerning Beales' symptoms, diagnosis, treatment and progress. These records date from December 1979 to September 1983, though most are from 1980 and 1981. There is also a pathology report from December 2013 and notes from Beales' GP medical record in July 2014. The scans were made between March 2003 and July 2010.
