Photograph of an illustration from a 13th century Arabic manuscript owned by Paul Rosenberg, a French art dealer, taken in late 1911. The illustration possibly depicts patients suffering from edema and toothache consulting a physician with text in arabic above and below. Additional annotations have been added by Wellcome noting the location of the photographic negatives. Another photograph of this image was accessioned by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum on 16th September 1935 (PHO 4642). Related images: M0007292, M0007291.
