Description
The Company Secretary's files for the AGM. A typical file includes an attendance sheet for the meeting, the papers for the meeting, proxy form(s), agenda (sometimes annotated by the Secretary with decisions made and actions taken at meetings), and correspondence about the meeting - such as official notices. Other significant items are highlighted in individual descriptions. There are also sometimes papers relating to annual accounts, and to meetings of the board held prior to the AGM. Occasionally there are lists of directors.
