Description
Contains 114 Post Mortem Reports detailing date of examination, patient name, age, cross reference to Case Book, cause of death, mental state, clinical summary, post mortem findings and histological report. Some reports are illustrated with drawings and diagrams. There are several printed Post Mortem Summary forms appended to the volume in addition to a report and in some cases in place of a report. These forms provide patient details, cause of death, and post mortem examination findings. Volume is indexed at the front.
