Comprises: drafts of a paper by Peter Gordon and Dr Sally Cockburn critiquing the theories of Dr Janet McCredie in Beyond Thalidomide, with Newman's comments; a draft of McCredie's rebuttal; correspondence and papers with The Thalidomiders Legal Group about their work pursuing compensation claims in the 2010s for people initially deemed to not have issues caused by thalidomide; a paper by Newman titled "Thalidomide Damage - late recognition of Embryopathy Syndrome for Legal Purposes" (2006); published papers on thalidomide embryopathy published between 2009 and 2011; and papers (in German) compiled by German prosecutors in a trial of Grünenthal executives in the 1960s which were sent to Newman in 2012.
