Description

Black and white reproduction of a photograph described as "view in grinding house, showing platform and one disintegrator with feeding bin - the latter empty" in Malaria section of the international celebration and exhibition : three hundredth anniversary of the first recognized use of cinchona by Europeans, 1630-1930, an exhibition hosted by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in 1930. The photograph was lent by the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew and is listed as exhibit no. 415 in the souvenir catalogue.
