Letter in reply from J B S Haldane dated 24 Mar 1939 providing names of researchers working in the Department of Biometry in connection with the Central Register. Letter from The Royal Society to all heads of scientific departments dated Sep 1939 asking if any of the names previously submitted ought to be placed on the urgency list. Letter in reply from Haldane dated 10 Oct 1939 suggesting that Dr Grüneberg be placed on the urgency list.
