Four images on one negative. One is an illustration of the baths of the Metelli family reproduced in an unknown publication. One is a photograph of a woodcut from Burkhard Metobius' pamphlet Schrift uber Pyrmont, 1556, depicting the healing baths at Pyrmont, Germany. This photograph was accessioned by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum on 30th August 1935 (PHO 4241). Related images: M0007336. One is a reproduction of the decoration on an Ancient Greek vase showing women at the baths. The original vase is held at a museum in Berlin and the reproduction is from an unknown French publication. One is a reproduction of a 1553 woodcut of the baths at the spa resort of Plombières-les-Bains, France. The reproduction is from an unknown publication. Related images: M0013286
