"The Tabloid Case," a cutting from The Liverpool Daily Post (25 November, 1903), adhered to folding card, inside of which are three pencil sketches of Counsel (A J Walter, Ralph Neville, and E L Levett);
proof slip, "The 'Tabloid' Case" - printed brief extract from Proceedings;
small printed circular slip defining "Substitution" - "You can help to kill the practice...";
two blue slips printing the texts of an "Injunction" (BW&Co v Taylor and Another, 1902) and "Perpetual Injunction" (BW&Co v Dixon, 1902);
"Substitution Rampant," a cutting from The Lancet (17 October, 1903), together with a letter marked "Letter below sent to all home travellers" - suggesting that "travellers"[salesmen] should gently encourage receptive doctors to write to The Lancet endorsing the article.
