Description

Two images on one negative: a photograph of the boy workers receiving their wages at the camp at the Jebel Moya archaeological excavations, Sudan and a photograph of workers moving a boulder during the construction of the "House of Boulders", which was to be Sir Henry Wellcome's headquarters at Jebel Moya, although it was only finished just before Wellcome left for the last time in 1914.
