The Council , in conformity with the practice for some years past, have directed that the names recommended by the Council to the Society—with the substitutions for those of the Office-Bearers removed by regular rotation, or otherwise—shall be placed in the hands of the Fellows some days previously to the Statutory Meeting, in a form convenient for the purpose of Ballot; and with that view have circulated the enclosed Balloting List. The mode of using the Balloting List is to place it in the Ballot-Box, either as it stands—provided the names recommended by the Council be approved—or, alternatively, after the deletion of names on the List and the substitution for the deleted names of other names which may be pro posed. The Balloting List MUST NOT BE SIGNED, and cannot be received unless placed in the Ballot -Box by the Voter's own hand. By order of the Council, N. FEATHER, General Secretary. [p.T.O.
