Board Papers

These papers were extracted from the `Board Files' of Nursing Notes Ltd. They are primarily correspondence regarding the administration of Nursing Notes Ltd and cover matters such as agreements with the Royal College of Midwives, office accommodation, finance, reports, advertising and social events. They also include some monthly statement of accounts and draft copies of minutes and agendas. The files appear to have been kept in chronological order and copies of outgoing correspondence were routinely kept. File B.8/1 only covers the transfer of editorial responsibilities to the College of Midwives.
