    THE OF THE COMMITTEE OF VISITORS OF THE COUNTY AND CITY OF WORCESTER LUNATIC ASYLUM, Presented to the County Council of the County of Worcester and to the Town Council of the City of W orcester, 'pursuant to the 190th section of the Lunacy Act, 1890. 1. —The Committee of Visitors of the above Asylum, beg to present to the Councils their Annual Report for the year ended 31st December, 1907. 2. —Tt is with deep regret that we have to record the death of our esteemed colleague, Aid. Albert Buck, whose sound judgment, ready advice, and help were most valuable, and his loss will be long felt and regretted. 3. —Several changes in the Medical Staff have occurred during the year in consequence of the retirement through continued ill-health of Dr. Bubb, our first Assistant Medical Officer, and the retirement of Dr. Veitch, the second Assistant Medical Officer, who had arranged to take up private practice in New Zealand, with the ultimate result that we appointed Dr. Taylor to be first Assistant Medical Officer, Dr. Fenton as second Assistant, and Dr. Thomson, as third Assistant.
