Dutton, Joseph Everett and Todd, John Lancelot: Native examination book. Holograph entries by J. E. Dutton, J. L. Todd and Dr. Cuthbert Christy [1863-1932], made during the Congo Expedition. Compilers' holograph MS. There are also entries by other hands, some in pencil. Dated from 19 October, 1903 to 8 November, 1904. A note by Todd on the first fly-leaf states that 'the notes in this book record the examination of natives and animals in the Congo Free State for parasites.'
