For G Holzknecht's (Wien) work on colon peristalsis etc, see about commencement of 4th quarter of the book (with cuttings on similar subject by A F Hurst etc) (and action of purgatives etc). (For various calculi, phleboliths and similar appearances in the abdomen see somewhat before 4th quarter of the book. For roentgen ray ulcers etc, see end of 1st half of book (and considerably before that also). For wonderfully good effects of x-rays and radium on mediastinal sarcoma and also on other tumours, see about middle of book
