Illustrations of Bacillus tuberculosis using the Ehrlich-Kroch's method. Figure 1 is a section of the liver of a hen. Ehrlich-Kroch's method uses methyl violet and bismark brown as part of the prepation. Figure 2 shows the same preparation.
