Description

Agreement of Lease between:

1. Samuel Galton and Samuel Tertius Galton

2. Messrs John Veasy and Thomas Pugh

Regarding "that Mill called Sallton Mill with dwellinghouse attached situated at Sallton in the Parish of Aston; at a rent of 130 pounds annually, to be paid quarterly; and to maintain the insurance of 600 pounds held with the Birmingham Fire Office Company; from 25 December 1819 for the term of 21 years."

Attached is an agreement to continue to maintain insurance on the Mill and appurtenances.



A corner has been cut from the Lease, resulting in the loss of the full description of the property and terms of agreement.
