Photograph of an illustration from an unidentified Persian manuscript, previously held by the India Office and given to the British Museum (manuscript number 2296) . The illustration depicts a human body showing the vascular system. Another photograph of this image was accessioned by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum on 28th August 1935 (PHO 4064).
