Balance sheets, profit & loss accounts

Formal summary balance sheets / sets of accounts, as prepared by the accountants / auditors of the company. For 1924 and 1925 there is also a half-year set of accounts and balance sheet. There is no set of accounts / balance sheet for 1930. From 1928 onwards, the year end for accounting purposes changed to 30 September, from 31 December. Papers from the board meeting held to discuss the 1946 accounts are included. From 1947 onwards, most of the sets of accounts have a copy of the directors' report fixed to them.
