Various conditions of insanity ('amentia' etc) produced by chemical substances. Phenylpyruvic amentia--an inborn metabolic error. Psychological symptoms produced by organic conditions and by drugs such as benzedrine. Indian fire walking etc. The Egyptian Fakir Dr Talva Bey. Also some genuine or spurious trifacial neuralgia cases (for comparison)
