Records relating to Mrs Kilmartin's legal case of medical negligence against dentists on the grounds of mercury poisoning from her mercury amalgams. Contains correspondence with Evill and Coleman (Solicitors and Privy Council Agents) and Nelson's Solicitors, the subject of which is mostly her denied application for legal aid. Also contains a dental report compiled by Roger Goulden, legal advice on the case of Angela Kilmartin v Dr J.E. Reuter from Colin McCaul and miscellaneous correspondence. Included in the file is a 1991 trial request submitted to the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, the issue being the damage caused by mercury amalgam.
