THE THIRTY-SECOND ANNUAL REPORT OF THE Bourne Bural Sanitary District, FOR THE YEAR 190A- Bourne, February 2nd, 1905. To the Bourne Rural District Council. Gentlemen, There were several features of especial interest in connection with the weather in the past year, but probably the feature of the greatest importance, was the marked im- provement on the weather of the preceding year. The summer of the past year was particularly favour- able, and the year as a whole was relatively dry; the aggregate rainfall being nearly everywhere somewhat below the average. The favourable conditions of weather contributed largely to the general health throughout the year 1904, although, naturally, the weather was not always what could be wished, this being notably the case during the late autumn and early winter. The number of births in the District for the past year is 350. This is one less than the previous year. The
