Patient Journey Book

Volume relating to charges and payments for journeys made by patients and their relatives e.g. 'Return fare of husband of patient and single fare of patient, Newton Stewart to Dumfries'; 'hire of car bringing back this patient who escaped to Penpont'; 'travelling expenses Creetown to Castle Douglas Clinic'. Information contained includes receipt number, date, name of patient, particulars of journey and amount paid. Only seventeen pages of the register have been filled in.
