Photograph of five Aurignacian backed knives from the Upper Paleolithic period found in Les Eyzies-de-Tayac, Chatelperron, La Croze-de-Tayac, and Laussel, Marquay, France. In the image the knives look to be mounted, and have descriptive text underneath. Each knife has been assigned a reigstration number for their inclusion in the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum between 1936-1946 (left to right: R253/1946, R202/1946, R14076/1936, R223/1937 and R728/1937).
