Records relating to Mrs Kilmartin's legal case of medical negligence against dentists on the grounds of mercury poisoning from her mercury amalgams. Contains Mrs Kimartin's application for legal aid and her appeal when it was denied. Also contains her correspondence with the Solicitors Complaints Bureau about the professional services offered by Vallance and Co. Later correspondence with Evill and Coleman (Solicitors and Privy Council Agents) details her decision to move to their firm as she continued to pursue her case against dentists.
