Patient records: Ultra-Violet treatment and X-rays

Chronological record of Ultra-Violet treatment and X-rays administered, giving names of patients and the body part treated. In some cases the patient's age, address and/or condition are also given, and in a few cases there are some general notes on the patient.

The volume records patients given Ultra-violet ray treatment between June 1925 and October 1947. In addition, it continues the records of X-rays begun in volume GC/58/1, running from September 1948 to April 1959.

The volume also includes some loose papers: chiefly pages from the attendance book of Wimbledon Hospital, but also a little correspondence.
