Branches Forum minutes and papers

Includes Branches Forum minutes, papers, mailings, notes and correspondence. Branch correspondence is generally between the Branch Chairman and NCT branches, and includes proposals to be voted on and items for Branches Forum agendas, questions for Trust Committees, items for discussion, and items for report, as well as other matters concerning the activities of branches and the BF.

The Branches Forum was a bi-annual meeting of branches, organised for branch representatives to raise items of interest or matters requiring attention, and ask questions to other Trust Committees and Council. One of the meetings would be held in London and the other in one of NCT regions. The Forum allowed branch members to network with other NCT branches and hear from HQ Committes. All branches were asked to send a Branch Representative to the Forum; branch members were also welcome to attend, although they did not have voting rights. The Chairman of the Branch Forum also had a seat on Council and voting rights to allow branch representation on Council decisions.
