Letters from Reynolds concerning photographs of moths ordered by Galton.

The letters contain detailed descriptions of photographic equipment and processes, problems of photographing moths, modifications to equipment and different methods required to correct inaccuracies and inconsistencies, methods of printing, and discussion of the best way to arrange and display moths for photography.

Enclosed are light and dark prints, plus Galton's bill of account.
