Description

Joanna Chambers' correspondence protesting about anti-abortion advertisements by the Society for the Protection of the Unborn Child which appeared in national newspapers and Private Eye, notably correspondence with the Advertising Standards Authority and newspaper editors. Also includes photocopy of Chambers' (as General Secretary of the Birth Control Campaign) letter to the Editor of the Daily Mail relaitng to Victoria Gillick's High Court action attempts to prevent doctors giving advice and treatment to girls under 16 without their parents' consent.
