Files of transpacencies relating to lectures Burkitt gave on diet and nutrition in Africa vs. Western diets. The items relate to fiber, nutrician, chrones disease, constipation, diabetes, obesity and appendicitis and includes graphs and diagrams on fiber and nutrition as well as pictures of markets, prepared meals from various countries, stool samples and some photos of organ specimins after surgical removal. The slides contained in these files are in original storage order so may be out of any time or locational order.
