3 volumes 3 vols. 4to. 19 x 13 cm, 20 x 121/2 cm, 21 x 14 cm. The first volume is bound in doeskin, one of the two metal clasps is wanting; the other two volumes are in boards, one with flap.

The papers are available subject to the usual conditions of access to Archives and Manuscripts material, after the completion of a Reader's Undertaking.

Purchased at Sotheby's 20/7/1931, Lot 11.

Ownership note

On a fly-leaf of each volume is inscribed 'Questo libro e di me Fra Bernardino da Rimino Sacerdote Capucino imprestato al Illustrissimo Signor Cavaliere Daniele Antonio Felice Cappelo e doppoi disse che il detto Signor Cavaliere se lo tenesse. Quare gratias egit'. Below this a small armorial library stamp as in MS. No. 176 [Capello]. On a preliminary leaf of the third volume a later owner has written 'Non date fede a queste ricette perche sono false e cattive Bartolomeo Gaudenzi. 24 Giugno 1798'.
