(2) Cases conveyed by the Portsmouth Municipal Ambulance Service, the vaccinal state of the ambulance crews being ascertained annually. (3) The smallpox consultants are Dr. W.B. 0*Driscoll and Dr. I.M. MacLachlan. (4) Facilities for laboratory diagnosis of smallpox exist, by arrangement with the Portsmouth and Isle of Wight Area Pathological Service, at the Central Laboratory, East Wing, St. Mary’s General Hospital, Portsmouth.
