Photographs

File consists of photographs on paper and related documents, taken at the seminar on , "The Development of Sports Medicine in Twentieth-century Britain", which was held at the Wellcome Trust Centre for the History of Medicine at UCL, on 29 June 2007. The seminar was part of the Wellcome Witnesses to Twentieth Century Medicine meetings also known as the Witness Seminars. The transcript of this seminar was published as Volume 36 of the Witness Seminar series, L.A. Reynolds and E.M. Tansey (editors), The Development of Sports Medicine in Twentieth-century Britain, (London: Wellcome Trust, 2009). Documents include:

Paper copy of a sample of the individual photographs taken at the seminar (not always numbered but have the names of the individuals in the titles). Pictures are printed on sixteen sheets.

There is an accompanying listing of the people in each seminar photograph listed by reference number (C0037601.tif to C0037710.tif). This listing is far more extensive than the accompanying copies of only a sample of photographs.
