Invitation to attend the funeral of Sir Isaac Newton at Westminster Abbey. The handwritten text in the centre is surrounded by engraved angels blowing trumpets and flags, allegorical figures showing justice, learning and death. An altar illuminated by 15 candles, skulls and crossbones to either side is below it.
Copy 1. Several names are written on the reverse: Alexander Pittfield, William Lowers, Elizabeth Clarke and what looks like: Burnoboare Croker in Exchange Ally, Greywood.
