An anatomical fugitive sheet showing a seated female figure with 9 flaps mounted over the thoracic and abdominal region revealing successive layers of anatomical structures. Explanatory text in Latin, in two columns on either side of figure.
Copy 1. Variant of female figure 288, without date and with Cum privilegio at foot, in woodcut compartment, between figure and imprint. (These features similar to male sheet 288.) Right margin trimmed close to text, but without loss. Without companion male figure, which may have been identical to sheet 288.
