An African man sits at a street cafe and eats an enormous meal, then goes to lie down on a bench around the corner. A friend asks him what is wrong and he shows how he is always hungry but is losing weight. The man visits a Western doctor, taking with him a stool sample which clearly shows evidence of a tapeworm infestation. The doctor explains to the man how tapeworms enter the body and affect it. We see a flash-back of the man eating raw meat in a field full of cows. He defacates behind a bush, the cow eats around that area and the tapeworm is passed on through the food chain. The doctor gives the man some medicine and the man passes the tapeworm out in his stool, surprised at how large it is. The film ends with the man and two of his friends joyfully riding together on his bike.
