Unfortunately my book Vaginismus: Understanding & Overcoming the Blocks to Intercourse published in 1988 by Ashgrove Press is unavailable and is currently being re-printed. This Directory, therefore, acts as an interim guide which I hope will be of assistance until the new edition of my book (newly titled When a Woman's Body Says No to Sex) is available from Penguin Books in June 1992, details of which will appear at the end of this Directory."--From Introduction.
