Bears monogram "CVS", which Nagler, loc. cit., identifies as the monogram of Christof van Sichem the elder and the younger. The elder contributed woodcuts to editions of Livy and Lucius Florus (Strassburg 1575), Josephus and Hegesippus (Strassburg 1581), and the Bible in Luther's translation (Frankfurt 1589)
