About this work
Description
A serious and measured attempt by the ABPI to answer criticisms of member companies' commercial policies towards the Third World, emphasizing the numerous resource constraints and infrastructural, bureaucratic and technical, as well as economic, obstacles to the effective provision of health care in less developed countries, and the ABPI's support for the World Health Organisation's Drug Action Programme for LDCs. Marred only by a failure to spell out the criticisms it is intended to answer in any detail.
