Title in red and black ink.
Eustachius drew the illustrations himself along with his assistant, Pier Matteo Pini of Urbino. Plates are newly engraved copies of the originals. (Choulant; Heirs).
Copy 1. 18th century autograph on flyleaf verso: Ex libris Joly Caudaugnary [?].
Copy 2. Supplier/Donor: Med. Soc. Lond. Comprises the anatomical plates only. Each illustration is annotated in manuscript in a contemporary hand with the anatomical names of each part.
