Description

Advertising leaflet. The generator ressembled a locket, contained a five year battery and was worn round the neck, next to the skin. It was recommended for "rheumatism, dyspepsia, heartburn, flatulency, weak stomach, debility, vertigo, indigestion, constipation ... lumbago, sciatica, aches and pans, liver and kidney complaints." Dr. Scott's electric hairbrush, electric flesh brush and electric tooth brush are also advertised.
