The leaflet seems to have been hand-typed (possibly one of several produced with carbon paper interleaving) taking the form of a letter (dated "Tuesday") which appears to have been sent with a copy of Charles Atlas's book, "Everlasting health and strength" sent out upon request. It is accompanied by an "Analysis and enrolment form for the attention of Charles Atlas" (request from the Ephemera Collection: EPH122:2).
